About me

I am a personal trainer currently based at Fifth Avenue Club, Calgary AB. I’ve been working at Fifth Avenue Club for four years and I’ve had the privilege of training people from all walks of life: from stay at home moms to current and retired athletes.
I’ve been competing in men’s physique for the last three and a half years transforming my body and pushing the confines of my genetics.
I’ve been a national level rugby player, and before that an international level swimmer and Triathlete.
Physical health and optimizing human performance has always been my driving passion.

Accreditations and Qualifications

I studied at Mount Royal University where I received the Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) Certification. I then proceeded to gain accreditation as a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP CPT).

I completed my practicum at the National Sports Development sports training facility training Bantam and Midget level hockey players.

My process

From our initial meeting I will put together a tailored set of plans for us to follow taking into account both your baseline fitness and your goals.

To achieve the best outcomes for you, and to ensure that the progress you make is sustainable, we will follow a holistic cycle of support, review and planning.

Together, we will fine-tune your training and nutritional intake, reviewing you progress both regularly and over a longer period of time. With this approach, I will support you in achieving and maintaining the results you are aiming for.
